The enquiry form asks for your name, organisation, role, emirate, email address, enquiry type and requirement. It prepares a draft in your browser. Form details are not submitted to an AEAIX website endpoint, saved to browser storage or used for model training by this frontend. Closing or reloading the page clears the draft from the page. Your browser’s own autofill or recovery features are controlled by its settings.
When you send an email
Opening the email action transfers the prepared details to your chosen email application. You review and send the message there. Email providers process the message under their own service arrangements. AEAIX receives your details only when you send the email, or contact us directly. Do not include sensitive personal data or confidential client materials in a first enquiry.
Why received information is used
AEAIX uses information you send to assess and respond to the enquiry, arrange a requested briefing, supply a requested method note and manage related business correspondence. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Processing must have an applicable lawful basis, such as steps requested before an agreement, performance of an agreement, a legal obligation or consent where required.
Access, providers and locations
