Maintain the agreed support and escalation routes for users and administrators.

Improve

Prioritise changes against observed needs, findings and approved scope.

Secure

Maintain the controls and security responsibilities assigned to AEAIX.

Coordinate vendors

Manage dependencies and escalation across the selected technology providers.

Manage incidents

Investigate, contain and coordinate recovery under the agreed incident process.

Control changes

Record approvals, test material changes and maintain a rollback route.

Scale

Assess capacity, cost and acceptance before expanding the service.

Replace technology when required

Plan substitution, migration and exit against the agreed interfaces and data terms.

02 / OPERATING AGREEMENT

Agree the responsibility before the service starts.

The operating agreement names the customer owner, the AEAIX service owner and relevant supplier responsibilities. It sets service hours, escalation, incident handling, evaluation, reporting and change approvals.

Availability commitments and response times follow the agreed scope and technical dependencies. Existing infrastructure ownership does not transfer to AEAIX unless expressly agreed.
